STEIN engineering consists since 1962.
We started with the manufacture of shoe machinery and tools for at that time booming shoe industry in the Südwestpfalz. With the decline of the shoe boom we was looking for new markets. In the plastics extrusion quickly found a new challenge.
Since 1985 we develop and produce all the subsequent extrusion plant parts including the head and nozzle plates for the profile, plate and pipe production. Today we are one of the most successful manufacturers of downstream systems for the extrusion of plastics and WPC (Wood Plastic Composites).
Our plants are established in all extruded manufacturers known for quality and reliability.
With a nearly 100% depth of production at the site Hinterweidenthal and a careful selection of domestic suppliers for our purchased parts is laying the foundation for our high quality standard.
As a logical sequel to them, the planning, design and development is completely in-house. You see: “Made by STEIN” means “Made in Germany”!
We have set ourselves as a measure to the individual and changing needs of our customers to respond flexibly and connect the different processes in consultation with all parties involved from production to marketing perfectly. This principle is exemplified to us by our founder Fritz Stein every single day, and yesterday is the same as in the future from the beginning of the project until its successful conclusion.
